pCloud: link traffic and one-time plans for footage

Link traffic runs 1000 GB a month on Premium 500 GB, 4 TB on Premium Plus 2 TB and 20 TB on Ultra 10 TB, and links stop when it is used up, until it resets.

pCloud's pricing page lists uploads of any size, but upload traffic, the cap on what an account can upload within 30 days, is 1 TB on Premium 500 GB and 4 TB on Premium Plus and Ultra, so a large footage archive goes up in stages.

The one-time plans are Lifetime, which pCloud defines as the owner's lifetime or 99 years, whichever is shorter. pCloud's blog says a Lifetime plan bought before September 2026 may carry less link traffic. Use pCloud shared link traffic to size a delivery and best cloud storage for large files for the upload side.

These plans have no trial. A written refund request within 14 calendar days of paying is the safety net, and pCloud can decline it on a discounted purchase.

Dropbox and Microsoft 365 for team projects

Dropbox Standard takes files up to 350 GB on dropbox.com and 2 TB through its apps, and file requests accept up to 250 GB a file, which makes it the pick for collecting footage from others. Microsoft 365 Business Standard with Copilot allows 250 GB a file and states no sharing allowance.

Google Workspace for single files up to 5 TB

Drive takes single files up to 5 TB. Business Standard gives 2 TB a user, and Google states no sharing allowance. Google documents no link password, and link expiry dates need a work or school account.

MASV for sending finished footage

MASV sets no package size limit and charges by the gigabyte moved, with a card on file and a $10 pre-authorization. Files are held free for 5 days. A MASV Portal is a branded upload page that lets clients send footage without a MASV account. pCloud vs MASV sets a storage plan against pay-by-the-gigabyte.
