pCloud vs MASV: the short answer for video and design files
pCloud sells storage plans with a monthly link-traffic allowance, the cap on what other people download or stream through your links, while MASV charges by the gigabyte moved, so pCloud suits regular deliveries and MASV suits rare, very large ones.
On pCloud's US pricing page on 3 October 2026, Premium Plus 2 TB was $9.99 a month, billed monthly, with 4 TB of link traffic a month. MASV's On-Demand price was $0.25 per GB after the first 15 GB each month, as read on 6 October 2026.

pCloud sells its Premium plans monthly, yearly or as a one-time Lifetime payment. Premium 500 GB was $4.99 a month, $49.99 a year or $219 one-time, and Premium Plus 2 TB was $9.99 a month, $99.99 a year or $499 one-time, as listed on 3 October 2026. Lifetime means the owner's lifetime or 99 years, whichever is shorter.
MASV On-Demand has no contract but needs a card, and MASV places a $10 pre-authorization charge when you sign up. Its Annual Subscription starts at $58 a month for 250 GB, billed monthly on a 12-month commitment. Pre-bought credits are valid for 180 days.
Package size and how long files stay
MASV says it supports unlimited package sizes; it keeps uploaded files free for 5 days, then charges $0.07 per GB a month. pCloud has no file-size limit on upload, but its plan help caps uploads at 1 TB in 30 days on Premium 500 GB and 4 TB on Premium Plus and Ultra.
Files stay in your pCloud storage while the plan lasts. When the plan's monthly link traffic runs out, access to shared links is restricted until it is raised or reset, and pCloud may limit link traffic at its own discretion. Extra link traffic is an add-on, and the pCloud link traffic worksheet sizes a delivery against the allowance.
Collecting footage from clients
A MASV Portal is a branded inbound page for clients and partners. Contributors need no account and no software, Portals use mandatory passwords, and access can shut off automatically after a set date. MASV lists Portals on every plan.
A pCloud file request lets anyone upload into one folder without a pCloud account or a view of what the folder holds. It can carry a custom upload limit and an expiration date, and uploads count toward your storage quota.
Accounts, tracking and who should pick which
A MASV sender needs a MASV account, and recipients do not. MASV sends email confirmations when files are downloaded and keeps an auditable transfer record. pCloud shows the owner who viewed or downloaded a shared link. MASV's free entry is 15 GB a month with a card on file. pCloud has no trial of a personal plan, but refunds a written request made within 14 calendar days of paying, which it can decline on a discounted purchase.
Pick pCloud when you deliver often: Premium Plus 2 TB lists 4 TB of link traffic for $9.99 a month, billed monthly. Pick MASV for occasional sends of hundreds of gigabytes that you would rather pay for by the gigabyte than store.
