Where the fit is credible
A small studio may want to collect references, retain organized project files and send a selected final package from one storage environment. pCloud documents capabilities for those separate tasks. The useful question is whether the complete client journey fits your work, not whether its storage capacity looks generous. We have not performed customer-account speed, reliability or security benchmarks.
Check the necessary boundaries
List your requirements before choosing a plan: account-free recipients, an appropriate download window, protection controls, sufficient storage and adequate delivery traffic. Confirm the current feature inclusion for the plan and platform you would actually use. A service that meets five optional preferences but fails the required recipient task is not the right choice simply because it is familiar.
What it does not establish
A download statistic does not establish acceptance of your work, payment, permission to reuse assets or successful installation of a source file. Keep those business decisions in their appropriate records. Likewise, storing a final folder does not automatically create an independent backup. If your main requirement is frame-specific feedback, contract signing or a regulated client portal, investigate a tool designed for that requirement.
Make a proportionate decision
Use a harmless representative package to evaluate your intended collection and delivery route before moving real client work. Ask whether the client can identify the final version, retrieve it and understand the next step. Keep an adequate existing arrangement if it already does that well. Purchase only to resolve a material limitation, and include future exit effort in the decision rather than comparing headline prices alone.

Keep a short decision record with three columns: required outcome, current evidence and unresolved limitation. Compare pCloud with the adequate existing alternative using those same rows. A required row marked unknown remains a reason to investigate, not a feature to award optimistically or a reason to purchase immediately.
